Before You Start
Update Ledger Live:

Ensure Ledger Live is up-to-date via the notification banner or download the latest version from Ledger’s website.
Prepare Your Ledger Hardware Wallet:

Have your Ledger device ready.
Set Up MyEtherWallet (MEW):

Learn how to set up and use MyEtherWallet.
Entering Unsupported ERC20 Token Transaction Details
Add the Unsupported Token in MyEtherWallet:

Follow the MEW guide to add your unsupported ERC20 token. This allows you to manage it through MEW.
Enter Transaction Details:

Go to the Send Transaction section on MEW and input the transaction details. For detailed instructions, refer to MEW’s transaction guide.
Verifying Unsupported ERC20 Token Transactions with Your Ledger Wallet
Initiate Transaction:

Click on the Send Transaction button in MEW.
Verify Selector Parameter:

Your Ledger device should display the Verify Selector screen.
Press the right button to review the Selector parameter:
Selector: 0xA9059CBB (standard for token transfers)
Press the right button to navigate to Approve, then press both buttons to validate.
Verify Destination Address:

The device will show Verify Field 1.
Press the right button to review the Parameter: the destination address.
Verify the address, press the right button, then press both buttons to validate.
Verify Amount Sent:

The device will show Verify Field 2.
Press the right button to review the Parameter: the amount of token sent in hexadecimal.
Convert the Token Amount:
For example, hexadecimal amount: 1B9DE674DF070000.
Convert hexadecimal to decimal: 1B9DE674DF070000 = 1990000000000000000.
Token decimals can be found on Etherscan for the specific token. Example: 18 decimals.
Calculate actual token amount:
1990000000000000000 / (10^18) = 1.99.
Verify the amount and press the right button. Press both buttons to validate.
Review Final Transaction Details:

The device will display:
Amount: ETH 0 (Note: It’s an ERC20 token transaction, not ETH)
Address: The destination address
Max Fees: Maximum transaction fees
Press both buttons to Accept and send the transaction.
Completion:

You have successfully verified and signed the unsupported ERC20 token transaction.
